- We Accept Exchanges On Hair Extensions Within 30 Days Of Delivery
We recognize that selecting the perfect hair colour can be challenging when browsing on a computer screen. Therefore, we offer the flexibility to exchange unused and untampered with hair extension sets for the correct colour within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange and ensure hygiene standards, we can only accept hair extensions sets that have not been opened, worn, altered or tampered with.
- We Accept Exchanges On Defective, Damaged Or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it in the unlikely event that any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Accessories & Professional Supplies Are Final Sale
As hair accessories and professional hair supplies hygienic products, and in order to maintain hygiene standards, all Accessories and Professional Supplies are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift Cards Are Final Sale
To start an exchange: you can contact us at info@locksdeluxe.com with the subject line 'Return', clearly detailing your reason for exchange, your order number and including pictures to support your reason.
If your exchange is accepted within our refund policy, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not within Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
