We recognize that selecting the perfect colour can be challenging when browsing on a computer screen. Therefore, we offer the flexibility to exchange unopened hair extension sets for the correct colour within 30 days of delivery.

Please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hours of receipt in the unlikely event that any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for an exchange and ensure hygiene standards, we can only accept hair extensions sets that have not been opened, worn, altered or tampered with.

All Accessories and Professional Supplies are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@locksdeluxe.com clearly detailing your reason for exchange. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
